Introduction

Sothen is a Middle English word that means to show to be true, to bear witness, to offer confirmation, to provide quiet comfort, tranquility, to assuage to someone that what they say is true. That is what I provide for you, a place to feel safe, heard, and seen. I offer you a place to be yourself or find yourself. Often in the company of another person we can heal our attachment wounds from the past, I can be that person, or I help you and your person (spouse, partner(s), family member) to get to the place of feeling safe with each other.
