Introduction

Many clients share that therapy with me feels different from past experiences. I focus on getting to the root of your dis-ease, gently and compassionately. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, unresolved childhood trauma, unhealthy relationships, or a disconnection from your sense of self. Major life transitions—like ending a relationship, leaving a demanding job, or coming off birth control—can leave you feeling ungrounded and unsure of who you are. The common thread through it all? A lost sense of Self. Whether you’re catching glimmers of who you truly are or feel completely unsure where to begin, you’re not alone. I use a mix of talk therapy, somatic, mindfulness, ecotherapy, ketamine-assisted therapy and creative exercises. I provide a non-judgmental space to reconnect you with YOU. I am curious, warm, and open-minded. I believe real growth doesn't come without some discomfort. I believe each and every person has the capacity for healing within them. I’m drawn to work with women on paths of self-discovery, creatives, big-dream entrepreneurs, those feeling stuck in trauma, unshakeable anxiety, rocky relationships, or low self-confidence. I also support highly sensitive, neurodivergent individuals navigating life. If you’re ready to courageously dive into healing, I’m here to guide you.
