Introduction

I HELP ADOLESCENTS, TEENS, ADULTS, AND FAMILIES, THROUGH INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY COUNSELING. If you're feeling overwhelmed with navigating the demands of keeping your family, relationships, job demands and daily responsibilities flowing ? Reaching out to get support takes courage. This is an unimaginable time as we adjust to the "new normal". If you find yourself struggling with anxiety and depression or feeling isolated, you deserve to take care of your mental health and emotional well being. Your adolescent, teen or college student can benefit from getting support with a trusted ally who will listen as we work toward improving functioning. I have over 25 years working with children and their families in the public sector. It is my passion to help adolescents, teens and adults find balance and healing. My approach is to offer a non-judgmental, safe space to process their life challenges, gain awareness of their situation and together we work to improve overall functioning and wellness. I meet clients where they are and use different modalities in the moment to help them process past trauma, current concerns and daily pressures of life. I am a second generation Chinese-American. I am available to help the Asian community to process your struggles in daily life with empathy and compassion. I can help you work through negative experiences due to cultural messages and pressures from your family of origin and work toward more balance and authenticity in your life.
