Introduction

Whether you simply need to hit the "restart" button to get back on track or "pause" for time to sort everything out, working together we can create and implement a plan to help you safely reach your personal dreams, desires and destination at your pace. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a National Certified Counselor with more than 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, groups and the criminal justice system. My primary theoretical orientation is cognitive behavior therapy; however, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques. I am also EMDR trained. I am a devout Christian who welcomes clients of all age groups and cultural backgrounds. My role as your therapist is to simply listen to your needs, stimulate your thoughts, help you accomplish goals and respect your individual values.
