I am a licensed psychologist providing short and long-term psychotherapy to adults. My specialties include relationship and interpersonal difficulties, identity issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexuality, and struggles with discrimination and social injustice. I use a sociocultural and trauma-focused lens in my work. Psychotherapy can be a very helpful and meaningful experience. With the right therapist it can be a rewarding way to learn more about yourself and your relationships with others, and can significantly improve your quality of life. I will work with you to address your specific needs and goals. Prior to opening my practice in California in 2014, I had a psychotherapy practice in Vancouver, B.C. I subsequently completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Widener University in Pennsylvania. I did my postdoctoral residency at Princeton University, and my predoctoral internships at Swarthmore College and the Belmont Center in Philadelphia.
