Introduction

Karen Drack, M.A, LMHC, is an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist who works with adults experiencing the painful effects of both big ‘T’ traumas and little ‘t’ traumas, as well as anxiety and depression. Karen employs empathy and humor as she assists her clients on their journey to healing and self-actualization through EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). EMDR utilizes alternative eye movement, sounds, or taps to heal the brain, making painful memories less vivid and less valid. EMDR can be life changing as it frees us from past constraints, allowing us to live to our fullest potential. Karen assists her clients with building on their successes and exploring opportunities for individual growth.
