Sports have coaches. What about relationships? Aren't they a sport too? You sign up, play, practice...you win some, lose some. It's EXHAUSTING! But it doesn't need to be. With over 33 years of experience, education, employment and trainings in such settings from Crisis Hotlines, Probation/ DCF, Mental Health Clinics, to advocacy within the Public Defenders office, Long term care, skilled nursing facilities; their loss when leaving those settings is yours and your partner's gain. NO problem is too big to sort through and at the very least, attempt to fix. Master’s in Counseling Psychology from FSU with additional graduate studies from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, Gottman 7 Principals for Making Marriage Work leader, trauma informed care trained, Master Life Coach certified, with a specialty certificate in relationships and overall awesomeness. Working with me is something your relationship will thank. And did I mention my sarcasm and witty sense of humor? I will call each of you out on your sh..stuff as you each gain a better understanding of not only what's wrong, but how to fix it.
