Introduction

Welcome! I would love to connect with you on your healing journey and help you to navigate what you are experiencing. I adopt a mindset of learning, growth and helping you to overcome hurdles that would otherwise impede progress. I love working with young and old alike as you face life challenges. I have specialized training in EMDR, experience working with women facing perinatal (postpartum) mood disorders as well as life transitions, and a love for my rapport with teens and young adults. This is a second career for me and I absolutely love it. My approach will add hope and possibilities to your life. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and builds on your strengths. I look forward to meeting you where you are at and creating a safe space for you to heal and grow. Navigating life can be difficult. I am here to refresh the wind in your sails and guide you when you feel like you need an uplift in your life and relationships. You are brave for reaching out.
