I specialize in offering hope and solution focused support through the the challenges you face that have likely left you feeling alone, unheard, and unsure how to move forward. As we work together, you and I will set goals and implement effective strategies to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict and other barriers to finding peace and making meaningful connections. My therapeutic focus is on collaborating to find solutions and skills you can use to invite peace and realize the change you want in your life; building on your strengths and successes. You can expect to approach therapy as a self-reflective experience with individualized SFT, CBT, EFT and trauma-informed treatment interventions. Given the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance to treatment progress, I prioritize cultivating a space where you feel welcome, safe and understood. I admit raising four children and pursuing graduate degrees has aged me, and I am committed to staying young at heart and relatable by building Legos, reading middle school fiction and laughing at myself.
