Introduction

I believe that creativity holds the gateway to finding healing. I love working with clients to get past limiting beliefs which prevent them from finding their own voice. My work integrates expressive arts modalities (visual arts, music, song, imagery, writing), mindfulness-based tools, and somatic (body based) practices, to support holistic healing experiences. Often we have trauma or losses from our lives that still live within. Our mind may have moved on, but the body, and something inside has not. Through understanding the different parts of ourselves, and developing compassion for our experiences, we can begin to grow past old patterns that keep us stuck.
