I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2006 after completing my Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling at Loyola College in Maryland. I opened my private practice in Charleston in 2013. I am a member of the International OCD Foundation. I use strategies from Inferential-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention for treating OCD. Treatment can be a scary process. We will work together to create your individualized treatment plan. I may suggest that you try things that are out of your comfort zone. You are always free to accept or decline my suggestions. We will always move at your pace. It's OK to be reluctant to do things that scare you but you are stronger than you know! Please note that my practice serves individuals over 18 years old.
