Introduction

You are enough, and you can become more and more fulfilled. But if you have had painful experiences, that doesn’t feel true. It may feel impossible. I want to collaborate with you to re-imagine your story. The next chapter of your life can be about transforming your past into learning how to move forward. You can create your own authentic narrative. In this story, you can have compassion and opportunity. I work with adults of all ages struggling with - trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health or personal issues. My practice is strength-based, trauma-informed & solution-focused. I combine talk therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed practices so you can learn lifelong skills for a better future. Kari is the author of Not Always Happy: An Unusual Parenting Journey which tells the story that neurodiversity is a difference not a deficit.
