I try my best to live by the moto: “I can be scared and do it anyway”. I work with adults and teens (16+) who are tired of feeling trapped in rumination spirals and fear. My goal is to help clients get their freedom back by facing their fears head so they can get back to doing what they love and value. My passion lies in treating OCD and anxiety disorders. I’ve received intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other counseling modalities with the goal of expanding my skill set to help people conquer OCD and anxiety. In my free time, I enjoy teaching my dogs fun tricks, watching anime, trying different coffee shops in the DFW area, and hanging out with my family and friends. I would love to support you in your journey toward gradually facing your fears while building your coping skills toolbox so you can get your life, confidence, and peace of mind back.
