Introduction

Sessions with Karly offer you the opportunity to pause and honestly self-reflect. Her warm, insight-oriented approach will highlight the healing tools you have within, help you to understand the roots to your distress, and encourage you to discover your own path forward. She takes a holistic approach that honors the many systems that interact to cause illness and distress. Karly’s unique therapeutic style pulls from relational, behavioral, and somatic therapies, with a dash of yogic philosophy. She has experience working with all ages as a private mentor, teacher, social worker, and psychotherapist. Currently she facilitates women's groups and seeks clients individually. Karly loves working with elder clients (65+), postpartum women, individuals with social anxiety or in life transitions, and stressed working professionals seeking to balance work and life. Karly is currently pursuing certifications in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Perinatal Mental Health. In the room, Karly will let out a genuine laugh at your jokes, remember specific details you share to reference later, and offer as much (or little) back-and-forth dialogue as you’d like. She welcomes feedback and regularly inquires about your experience in therapy because she believes safe relationships are the key to deeper healing. LEARN MORE: http://www.convergentmhw.com
