I believe in people and their potential. As a therapist I work to assist clients to assess their situation and determine changes that they would like to bring into their lives. In the process we make plans, set goals and review progress and make modifications to pursue those goals. My philosophy is that therapy is a very active process of change, and my ideal clients are those who are interested in change but may not know how to do so, or are unsure of what is acting as a barrier to achieving what they want. We will form a treatment plan and treatment goals and work to help you learn tools that will culminate in readiness to discontinue therapy.
