Sometimes in life we all need a “companion on the journey,” someone to partner with us and help make sense of our experience, ease our pain, and support our goals. Working from an integrative, client-centered approach, I support individuals wherever they are on their journey. My style of therapy is strengths-based, client-led, warm, and non-judgmental–with a dash of humor thrown in, as appropriate. I value cultural humility and work with people of all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life.
