My ultimate goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop new coping tools, and create lasting change in a way that feels right for you. My approach is person-centered and adaptable because no two journeys are the same. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused interventions. Whether you're facing stress, addiction recovery, or life transitions, we’ll work together to find strategies that fit your unique needs and goals.
