Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. My life's work is to empower people toward a sense of wholeness. I am passionate about supporting adults who seek more balance in their lives. I assist clients in sorting through well-worn relationship patterns, to reconnect with their own needs and clarify boundaries. Many of my clients are looking for relief from overwhelm and anxiety connected to work and family demands. I also love working with meaning seekers who aim to live soulful lives. In our work together, I offer space for spiritual exploration, to grieve, to celebrate, and to reflect on life’s challenges and mysteries.
