Introduction

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist providing in-person or tele-health services to children, teenagers, and adults in NY. I have over 7 years of experience working in schools, hospitals, and clinics throughout NYC. I use an integrative approach that includes: discussing past experiences and important relationships; identifying and changing ineffective thought patterns; practicing acceptance of difficult emotions; and learning skills to achieve emotion regulation and practice effective behaviors. With children, I incorporate elements of play in my work. Please visit my practice website (linked below) or email me to learn more! I am happy to help potential clients navigate insurance inquiries before scheduling.
