I am passionate about working with clients from all walks of life while providing a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. I enjoy using an integrative approach to therapy that is collaborative and based on the client’s expressed needs and goals. I am trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, which aims to enhance communication skills, strengthen friendship and intimacy, and create shared meaning in relationships. In addition, my work with clients is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My areas of specialization include individual counseling, couples counseling, pre-marital counseling, discernment counseling, interpersonal and relationship issues, improving communication, anxiety, depression, building self-esteem, processing grief and loss, life transitions, and substance use recovery. I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming. It is my privilege to walk alongside clients on their journey to personal growth and self-awareness. I look forward to meeting you!
