Introduction

Hello! I am passionate about helping adolescents, and adults find healing and personal growth in their day-to-day lives. As someone who entered my first counseling session in 2012, I understand the anxiety and fear of putting yourself out there to begin working with a therapist on issues that are personal and unique to you. I strive to help all of my clients feel safe and comfortable and offer a judgement free zone. I believe in offering 100% unconditional positive regard for all of my clients. That being said, I may not always say what you want to hear. I may offer a gentle push or assist you in recognizing some behavioral patterns that may be holding you back. We all have them! I'm excited to walk next to you on your journey for personal growth Professional Training: Master's Degree in Social Work, University of Missouri. Licensure: Missouri Licensed Clinical Social Worker Professional Experience: I have provided behavioral health counseling in both outpatient and school-based settings since 2018. Before my career as a licensed social worker, I spent 6 years working with foster care youth in residential settings and as a foster care case manager. Clinical Approaches: Christian Counseling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy
