Kate Lynch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, who believes life can be messy. While balancing her own marriage, children, family, household and career, she herself has stumbled on many obstacles along the way. In an attempt to balance out her own life, she was given the advice to "just keep it simple" and from there on, Simply Balanced was born. While Kate in no way pretends that anything in life is actually simple, she has developed a mentality that she now has put into practice with her clients that she believes provides a meaningful impact to them. Using evidence-based practices, Kate provides weekly high-quality, compassionate and empowering therapeutic services to each of her clients.
