In an attempt to balance out her own life, she was given the advice to "just keep it simple" and from there on, Simply Balanced was born. While Kate in no way pretends that anything in life is actually simple, she has developed a mentality that she now has put into practice with her clients that she believes provides a meaningful impact to them.
