I work with men and women experiencing anxiety, attachment issues, codependency, depression, emotional regulation issues, family conflict, grief and loss, high sensitivity (HSP), life transitions, relationship problems, trauma (physical/emotional/religious), and more. I am also trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapeutic approach that uses eye movements to reprocess traumatic events. My work as a therapist is rooted in the belief that true healing must take into account the whole person – mind and body. As a result, my therapeutic orientation is holistic, incorporating a variety of evidence-based approaches so that each client receive individualized, effective care. I recognize the great privilege that is being allowed into another person’s story while it is still ongoing, in the midst of chapters that might be painful or uncertain. It is here that I am honored to be able to create a refuge for clients, providing a safe space of authenticity, honesty, and humor along the way.
