Change, even good change, is hard. Life events and transitions happen to all of us and we sometimes need help moving forward. Together, we will find your path toward healing and growth, based on your innate self-compassion, dignity and courage. Using evidence-informed practices and cognitive behavioral therapy skills, my focus is on healing trauma (EMDR), managing chronic disease including anxiety and depression (Stanford University certified), and creating healthy routines, better sleep habits and improved self-worth. Before starting Onward Matters, I worked in private, agency, and hospital settings providing individual therapy, group therapy, psycho-educational groups, and community-based trainings for a diverse range of adult groups and individuals.
