Introduction

Whether you or your child are struggling with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, suffering, or just stress; in our sessions you can find a path towards healing. Our therapy sessions focus on providing you or your child with an outlet to process your experiences in a way that can lead to deeper meaning, healing, and growth. Building a strong relationship is key to our success and progress, so you’ll find me and my therapy space warm, inviting, creative, and with a touch of humor. My goal as a therapist is to create a space in therapy where emotions can be expressed and explored through individualized and creative ways. It is my duty to walk alongside you or your child, support unique strengths, and shine a light in the darkness. Whether we talk, play, listen to music, create art, or find meaning in quotes - you'll find comfort here. It's so difficult to struggle or feel powerless in helping a child or teen who is struggling. But you don't have to do it alone. No matter what the circumstance, we can find a way together to help you or your child thrive. I'm looking forward to connecting with you, so please reach out for a consultation at any time.
