Introduction

Welcome, We're Glad You're Here! If you are a teen or adult who is ready to dig deeper than coping skills and self-care, you are in the right place. If you want to learn why you feel the way you feel, think the way you think, and how to feel better able to manage life's stressors, this is the therapy practice for you. Who We Are: Whole Self Wellness, LLC, is owned and operated by Kate Sollitto, LCSW-C. She is a clinical social worker, board-approved social work supervisor, and certified children's yoga instructor. Kate is trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) and other evidence-based modalities, but she recognizes that strict evidence-based curricula are not "one size fits all" and that more creative strategies are helpful for real-life issues. Kate specializes in ADHD, OCD and other anxiety disorders, and executive functioning. Kate recognizes the importance of caring for one's whole self as it relates to mental health. Additionally, Kate enjoys working with parents who want to gain a better understanding of their anxious and/or neurodiverse child or partner. Being in a household with multiple neurotypes can be uniquely challenging and we are here to provide support through lived experience and years of training and experience. What We Offer: - Individual and family therapy for teens. - Individual and family therapy for adults. - Clinical supervision for master's level social workers Find us on Psychology Today: https://www.psychologytoday.com/profile/822866
