Introduction

Hey there! My name is Kate and I'm so glad you're here; asking for help can be so hard. I believe there is no better expert on you than, well you! Together we can collaborate on your goals and dreams and come up with a plan to get there. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Psychology and Texas Woman's University with a M.S. in Counseling & Development. I've had experience with people ages 3+ in every level of mental healthcare from inpatient to the nonprofit world to private practice. I am extraordinarily passionate in working with survivors of sexual assault/abuse, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and women with ADHD, specifically those diagnosed after childhood. My favorite treatment modalities to use are EMDR, IFS, DBT, and Adlerian. I can't wait to meet you and get on the road to healing! Fun Fact: I named my practice after my Golden Retriever, Sunny!
