In my 8+ years of experience, I have worked with youth and adults in many of life's difficulties including complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment issues, self-esteem, and mood disorders. My training in specialized approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for emotional distress associated with traumatic and negative life experiences, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for distressing thoughts around trauma, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional resilience.
