My clients are interested in true change, even if that means having their assumptions challenged. They want to grow emotionally, build resilience, and increase self-awareness. I attract clients who are curious and passionate; have a history of childhood or attachment trauma; struggle with identity, self worth, and disconnection; feel their past traumas significantly impact their present; and/or despite consciously wanting to change, they have been unable to do so.
