Introduction

I’m a clinical social worker with a masters degree in social work. I worked for many years at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA, supporting adults and young adults living with cancer and their families. I practice an evidence-based, integrative approach because therapy is not a one size fits all. I believe the most important aspect of finding a good therapist is feeling you can build a supportive, trusting relationship. My style is warm, interactive and comes with a sense-of-humor. I am licensed to provide therapy to residents of Massachusetts and New York residents. I reside in Upstate New York and currently only providing telehealth counseling services. I am happy to talk with you more to see if working together is a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
