Productive Pathways opened in 2024 under the umbrella of Productive Alternatives, Inc. We are a new mental health therapy program offering comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. Our licensed clinicians collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, and more. Meeting with a mental health professional at Pathways is ideal for those seeking to improve their mental health in a safe, supportive, outpatient environment. We work towards empowering individuals to build resilience, develop coping skills, relieve symptoms, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall well-being. Our services are offered for ages two and up. We provide individual, group, family, and couple services. Hannah Frederick is one of the co-founders of Pathways. Hannah has her master's in social work (MSW) from Capella University and is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) currently under supervision in the state of MN. Katelyn Swanson is the other co-founder of Pathways. Katelyn has her master's in social work (MSW) from Walden University and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of MN.
