At Pine Creek Counseling, I provide compassionate therapy for individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, medical illness, caregiving, and grief. I offer a safe, supportive space to help clients process emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience - empowering them to heal and find balance in their lives. Since 2017, I have provided counseling to adults diagnosed with cancer and other serious medical conditions in the hospital and outpatient setting, as well as offering support to their families and caregivers. I can help navigate the medical system and connect clients with local and national resources on their medical journey. I have worked with people who have experienced a loss through someone dying; the end of a relationship; or a change in health status. I provide a supportive space to reflect and embrace how life will be different moving forward. I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colorado and Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Health Program from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
