Introduction

We all have the potential to grow and to achieve happiness and fulfillment in our lives. Sometimes this is not always an easy process. Life is full of challenges and some of them can be quite debilitating, impairing our ability to function. Regardless of whether you are experiencing a crisis (traumatic experience, relationship distress, divorce, grief) or desperately trying to change an old pattern of behavior, I am here to listen. I want to help you succeed and break free of whatever it may be causing you pain and suffering. I’m determined and committed to using my compassion and extensive knowledge of psychology to help people overcome adversities in life so they can reach their full potential. I use an integrative approach that is tailored to the unique needs of every client. At its core, my therapeutic approach is existential, it focuses on the search for meaning, self-awareness, free will, and personal responsibility. Ultimately, it is an eclectic modality of treatment that allows the therapeutic process to be a very personal one. If you are ready to make positive changes in your life, do not wait; make the call. I am here to meet you where you are on your journey and will commit to support and guide you as you work to create your happiest life. I look forward to working with individuals, couples, and families ready for positive growth and change.
