Introduction

Hi, I’m Katy! I’m a neurodiverse, Ukrainian American therapist who’s passionate about creating a space where your full self is welcome. I work with adults navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and life transitions. I also love supporting immigrants, LGBTQIA+ folx, women, and people of color. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I pull from DBT, CBT, feminist therapy, and solution-focused work—but more than anything, I show up as a real human. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you feel safe, seen, and empowered. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
