I provide honest, compassionate counseling to adults and older teens (14+) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My approach to counseling prioritizes integrity, honesty, kindness, and respect. I incorporate a variety of trusted therapeutic interventions to address issues including anxiety, depression, acute and chronic trauma, low self worth, loneliness, low motivation, career stagnation, relationship and communication challenges, burnout/overwhelm, grief, acute or chronic medical issues, parenting, OCD, perfectionism, goal setting, boundary setting, life transitions, and more. The one thing I stress to each client is that "you are in control." This is your life, your therapy. My role as counselor is not to offer advice but to provide support, insights and feedback, a compassionate listening ear, gentle honesty, effective tools and skills as needed, and a confidential and comfortable space to be seen and heard.
