I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) committed to helping adults learn how to regulate their emotions, feel empowered, manage their anger, and truly accept themselves as doing the best they can. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, addressing automatic negative thoughts, reframing how you think, and learning to value yourself. I believe in a non judgmental and safe atmosphere where you can say anything without fear so we can work together to make positive changes for your life.
