Whether it's through learning a variety of coping skills, or simply through talking things out, I am able to provide whatever you may need to start feeling more empowered. I specialize in issues with mood, anxiety, anger, trauma, and addiction. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults, as well as empowering all folx.
