Welcome, and thank you for your interest in wellness. Taking the first step toward mental and emotional well-being is an act of courage, and I’m honored you’re here. With over 18 years of experience in Southern California’s social and mental health services—serving Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties—I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and individuals through some of life’s most complex and challenging moments. My work has spanned across Child Protective Services, Adoption Services, Juvenile and Family Courts, and Community Health Clinics, where I’ve walked alongside those navigating trauma, transition, and healing. In addition to clinical work, I’ve contributed to the field of education as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University, teaching courses in Law and Ethics and other Behavioral Health subjects. This blend of practice and teaching keeps me grounded in both compassion and competence. Every journey is unique, and I’m here to offer a safe, respectful space where you can explore yours. When you're ready to connect, I encourage you to reach out—I look forward to walking alongside you toward a healthier, more empowered future.
