Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In my therapeutic work, I aim to cultivate a professional yet welcoming space for exploration and personal growth. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). But beyond the techniques, what really fuels my practice is a passion for connecting with people on a personal level. My professional journey has taken me through various settings, including community outpatient clinics, an anxiety disorders specialty clinic, drug court, and VA and county medical centers. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on the challenges life throws our way. Central to my practice is the commitment to establishing a secure and supportive environment. While I bring clinical expertise to our sessions, I firmly recognize you as the primary authority on your own life. Through a collaborative approach, we work together to define treatment goals that resonate with your personal values and aspirations. If you're seeking a therapeutic partnership characterized by warmth, thoughtful exploration, and evidence-based practices, I'm here to guide you on your journey to growth and well-being. I currently offer telehealth (audiovisual) therapy sessions only.
