My therapeutic work is rooted in holistic, embodied and relational healing. I work in collaboration with individuals and couples to explore the root causes of your challenges through a deeply nourishing, non-judgmental and safe therapeutic relationship. Our work will likely include processing and healing from past traumas, beliefs, experiences, and relationships that have impacted your psychology, and the way you feel, think, and act. We will also likely address present behavior and coping skills, and work together to improve your mental and emotional toolbox for individuals and couples. I offer containment, support, and perspective through which you can safely explore what is holding you back or causing distress, identify and build on your unique strengths, and learn to trust your innate ability to care for yourself and each other.
