I’m here to guide your child and your family and help bring a calming ease into your home. I’m here to work with your child and with you to work through obstacles, conflict, and emotional dysregulations. I like working with youth starting in pre-k through adolescents on social/emotional learning, skill development, emotional expression and relationship obstacles. I like working with parents on parent coaching and education to mirror these skills at home and helping to teach emotional regulating skills. I utilize a strength based approach with all of my clients, as well as utilizing Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with teens and parents. With my younger clients, I use play therapy as a way for youth to express and strengthen coping strategies.
