My heart is to bring holistic & culturally aware, evidence-based interventions with empathy and understanding to those wanting healing and wholeness in their lives. Having worked in several corporate settings, I understand talented experienced professionals and empathizes with their unique set of stressors. I also understand that confidentiality is of utmost importance and offer to provide the ultimate discretion, anonymity, and services. My services include in-person and telehealth sessions and ongoing preventive care or using a coaching model. My specialties include working with professional adults for anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I hold two master's degrees & double board-certified. I have worked in the United States & Singapore in corporate settings, with placements at Yale-NUS University, HCA & Wellspan Hospitals, and Behavioral Health services in AZ with native americans.
