You're reading this because you're curious, and maybe there's a part of you that is ready to start your healing journey. I am a EMDR trained therapist. I also incorporate Somatic work and Ego States (Parts work) into my therapy sessions. While working on root/core issues is my main focus, it's also equally important to build your toolbox. I like to combine skill building, with deeper exploration, all at your own pace.
