Sometimes we need support to navigate the ups and downs of life. If you feel overwhelmed or lost, I’m here to help you explore your unique concerns and find your way forward. I help adults 18+ with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, gender dysphoria, and borderline personality disorder. I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College, and currently serve as the Secretary of Therapy First. We don’t get a roadmap for life; however I have found the tools of dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to offer us help and guidance. My sessions include time to explore your world and what brings you to therapy in a holistic way, and offer you skills to achieve your full potential. At its center, therapy offers a duality of self-compassion and a desire for change. Being human is humbling and beautiful. There are no clear answers. As a therapist, I find it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal and grow. I believe the cornerstone of therapy is curiosity – I’m not the expert on you, but I’m willing to learn so that I can hopefully help. I see Pennsylvania residents virtually and at Greenhouse Wellness Center in the Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. Please note that if you would like to use insurance for sessions, you will need to book an intake directly through Grow Therapy - bit.ly/3P2Z6Cc
