I have clinical experience working with people from various cultural backgrounds and life stages. While I have specialization in addiction treatment, I am experienced in addressing most areas of concern including depression, anxiety, intense emotion, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and loss. Therapy works best when the process is creative and customized to a person’s unique needs. In my work with clients, I primarily use Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions to explore client concerns and promote change.
