I take a holistic, integrative approach to facilitate the mind-body-spirit connection so that you may live a richer, more meaningful life. My approach is influenced by psychodynamic theory as well as mindfulness, neuroscience and somatic practices. I don’t just sit back and listen–my style is direct and gently challenging, collaborating with you to address the root of the problem. If trauma is getting in the way of healing, we can also incorporate EMDR to speed up the recovery process.
