I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of FSU's Master's of Science and Education Specialist program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, focusing on chronic mental health conditions and wellness management for adults. My work focuses on providing individuals the safe space to explore their inner world and work towards their personal goals.
