Hello, and welcome. I imagine perhaps part of you feels hopeless -- like the feelings, memories, and obstacles that engulf you will never recede. But there must also be part of you, the part seeking help, that believes it's possible to get unstuck: to free yourself of shame, guilt, fear, sadness, anger, and more. Both these sides of you (and all the others!) are welcome in my therapy room. We'll work together to listen to all you harbor inside, to calm the storms, and to help you navigate to a place of beauty, ease, and agency over your own life. I look forward to welcoming you.
