Introduction

I appreciate the difficulty of entering therapy and appreciate your willingness. My to therapy approach is collaborative, eclectic, and tailored to you needs, personality, symptoms, and experiences. I have 14 years of experience serving adults, children and families in therapy, within the child protection system and in family mediation. I am an artist as well as a therapist and welcome creatives. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and consider them experts on themselves even while they discover new facets of themselves. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you move foreward in healing, breaking habits and building new ones, improving relationships and communication, and creating the life you wish for yourself.
