Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 committed to helping adults overcome their challenges, cope with stressors, heal from emotional pain, and take charge of their lives. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety disorders, and working with the LGBTQ+ population. I will help you identify your goals, work through concerns, find what's best for you, teach coping and communication skills, and come up with homework for progress between sessions. I believe true growth and change can happen within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I’m passionate about helping people who are struggling with their mental health, and find it extremely rewarding to be a part of their personal growth journey. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request to ensure we are a good match. I work Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00.
